ABOUT

For more than 20 years, I've helped associations, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, businesses, and community organizations uncover what makes them valuable and communicate it in ways that inspire people to take action.
Along the way, I've learned that most organizations don't have a marketing problem.
They have a clarity problem.
They're creating incredible value for members, customers, donors, or communities, but they're often too close to the work to explain why it matters.
That's where I do my best work.
Whether I'm facilitating a board retreat, conducting a communications audit, mentoring a leadership team, or helping an organization rethink its growth strategy, my role is rarely to arrive with all the answers. More often, it's helping people uncover what is already true, align around what matters most, and create a path forward that feels both achievable and sustainable.
I've worked with organizations across hospitality, tourism, associations, chambers of commerce, construction, technology, workforce development, and community initiatives. While the industries are different, the challenges are often the same: too many priorities, unclear messaging, disconnected efforts, and good people trying to make a bigger impact.
I believe organizations often create more value than they know how to communicate.
And I believe clarity comes through conversation.
That's the work I love most.
